Belgian Royalty: Baudouine's Clothes--Overcoats

Figure1.--This photograph shows Baudouine wearing a trench coat, styled rather like a gaberdine overcoat. The image shows him wearing it with short pants, perhaps on a rainy day during the summer. The photograph here shows him at about age 8-9, perhaps on a visit to a museum. There looks to be Egyptian hyroglyphics in the background.

We notice Baudouine wearing a trench coat, styled rather like a gaberdine overcoat. The image shows him wearing it with short pants, perhaps on a rainy day during the summer. The coat is double breasted and belted with a large buckle. We are not sure what kind of overcoat he wore during the winter. The photograph here shows him at about age 8-9, perhaps on a visit to a museum. There looks to be Egyptian hyroglyphics in the background.
