The Toin Gauken Elementary School gives considerable attention to leadership skills. This is what the school explains about ythis effort. "Learn leadership and communication skills through various activities Toin Gakuen Elementary School." In Toin Gakuen Elementary School, in the upper grades, to gain independence and self-control, everyone has a responsible role through comprehensive learning time, clubs, and committee activities.
