Figure 1.-- Another outfit shows Billy Blaisdell wearing what looks like a sailor-styled tunic suit. As was common it has long skeeves. This is a beautifuklly posed portrait of him reading a book. We can't tell the type of book, but there are pictures. It is a white suit, but the sailor collar and back flap as well as the wide built have been done in a color for contrast, probanly blue. The matching pants are straight-leg shorts. Here he looks to be about 5-years of age and his curls have been cut, but he has natural curls.
