We would say the late 1920s or early 30s. There were a record number of bridal attendants--seventeen. The bride is the daughter of the Earl and Countess Fitzwilliam. The bridegroom is the only son of Maj. Grismond Philipps and Mrs. Philipps, of Cwmgwili, Carmarthenshire. The page here is Derek North. I am not sure how he was related to the bridal couple. .
