Here is a studio portrait of Gordon Tripp of Utica, New York. Gordon appears with a great pooch. You just know the two had a wonderful time together. The dog is also identified on the back as "Duke." Gordon wears a light-colored single-breasted knickers suit with what look like matching knee socks. It can not be seen in this print, but the jacket had a Norfolk self belt. The knickers have a sharp crease. He has a light-colored bowtie which is difficult to see. He also wears low-cut, brown oxford shoes. Notice Gordon's bnear center part. He looks to be about 11 years old. The portrait is undates. We would guess it was taken in the late-1920s or perhaps the early-30s.
