Here we have a portrait with the subjects, two brothers and their grandmother, identified. We see "Grandmother Rose & grandsons James & 'Billy' Watson". The boys look to be about 4-8 years old. They are wearing standard garments for the period. The younger boy has longish, but not culed hair, popular generally before boys begin school. He wears a white sailor tunic suit with a star and eagle emroidered on the dicky. With his tunic suit he wears bloomer knickers amd white long stockings. Yunic suits were popular in the 1900s-10s secades, but disapperared for some reason in the early 1920s. We are not sure what he is holding. His big brother wears a knickers suit. The single-breasted jacket has partial Norfolk styling. James has a club collar with a stick-pin closing and a white neck tie. His knickers are bloused out and worn with black long stockings. He wears low cut oxford shoes, not that common in he 1910s.
