Individual Children: Prefect

Figure 1.--

Thomas

Thomas was a splendid example of one who improved remarkably. In the fifth form he used to cost the house points; toward the end of the lower sixth he was 'breaking even'; as a 6th Former. with a positive plus score, he served one year as a Monitor before distunguishing himself for promotion o Prefect. He this passed from ndolence to diligence and helpfulness. He played football and cricket for the School and was a good gymnast. Strongest in Naths and History, his ambition is to join the Royal Corps of Transport.

Alison

Alison had a spell as a Momitor but found the minuses piled up and so was suspended. This was a pity as she had plenty to offer both House and School. She played rounders, hockey and netball ans swam for the House. She is musical (Grade 5 on the piano) and is keen on riding. She would like to become a hairdresser.
