Some catalogs gave names to the various styles. Many of the names were created by Southcott and not names widely used for the various styles used. We believe the images shown werte used for more than one year , so the styles depicted can be seen as relecting a turn of the 20th century styles and not excousively for 1900. Biys' fashions did not change as rapidly as women's fashions. We note this page with some alterationm with different reastiler names such as Leyton House or Thomas Logan. Notice the names given to the suits. Except for the Rugby suit, these were names devised by Southcott and not widely recognized nanes by manufcturrs, retilers, and the general public.
