Both a dress and a romper suit were picture on the same page of the September 28, 1947 issue of Mode Pratique. Included was a basic pattern and instructions for making both.
Corsage devant: Mont. 88m. , tric. 5 rg. de pt. de riz , puis le Jersey . A 3 cm. de
haut rabatre 3m. de chaque coté : il reste 84 m. sur lesquelles
on commence lesz losanges . D'autre part, rabatre 1 m. tous les
2 rg. de chaque coté pour creuser l'emmenchure . Il doit rester 21 cm.
de large que l'on continue droit . A 10 cm. de haut , rabatre des m. pour
arrondir l'encolure . Biaiser l'épaule en 4 fois à partir de 10 cm. de
longueur d'emmenchure .
Corsage dos: commencer de mème , mais après la bande au point de riz diviser
le travail en deux pour la fente du milieu . Biaiser l'épaule à partir
de 9 cm. de long. d'emmenchure Manches: Monter 51 m. , tricoter 5 rangs de point de riz, puis de Jersey . Au 1er rg. de ce pt. tricoter 12 m. ; puis 27 m. avec 1 jeté entre chaque maille, tricoter les 12 dernière mailles , ce qui fait 79 m. a 4 cm.

Col monter 67 m. , tricoter 5 rg. au point de riz . Au rg. suivant faire 5 m. au point de riz , puis tricoter à l'endroit avec une diminution tous les 3 rangs ; terminer par 5 points de riz.
Continuer en Jersey avec la bordure riz. A 5 cm; de haut rabat. les mailles en les serrant.

A l'entre-jambe remmailler 31 m., tric. 6 rg de pt. mousse - et rabat. Sur cette bordure poser les pressions.
