Our information on the 1900s is still quite limited. We re not even sure that Sweden had mail order catalogs in the 1900s. There certainly was advertising. We note an ad for kneepants sailor suits I think by O. Williamson in Borås. The ad is for boys from age 3-10 years. We are not sure about the date, but believes that it comes from the 1900s.
Here we archive catalog and advertising items that we can not date precisely, but we believe appeared in the 1900s. One item here is sailor suits offered by O. Williamson. They were double-breasted reffer suits with kneepants. I'm not sure if thge tam-like cap was part of the suit or just added for illustrative purposes.
