We notice the Double Ve Waist. The Double Ve Waists were offered for a wide range of individuals, including waists offered for infants, boys and girls, young ladies, and women. These images illustrate the construction somewhat more graphically (the use of "the double ve" in various places on the waist) than a previous advertisment HBC loaded on Double Ve Waists. Notice the placement of the buttons on the various styles.
This advertisement was placed in Scribner's Magazine during 1892. The manufacturer's name is unclear, but is something like Pot Raines Chazwick Co. located in Broklyn. We know nothing else about the company.
