There is a a white cord or string with tasseled ends attached to at top button. The string and tassles look very long here extending to the waistline, but this is because the string as mean to be tied in kind if bow so the tassles would be near the collar. There are matching ornamental cuffs on the sleeve cuff and pants hem.
