School Wear at Individual Schools: Primary School (1948)


Figure 1.-- We note a German primary school class in 1948. They are a third year class and all boys. Gender separation appearently ws still quite common in 1948. A few of the boys wear lederhosen, but there may be more as many have jackets.

We note a German primary school class in 1948. They are a third year class and all boys. Gender separation appearently ws still quite common in 1948. A few of the boys wear lederhosen, but there may be more as many have jackets. We note that several boys have Bavarian jackets. We are not sure where theis photograph was taken, but we suspect Bavaria.
