I'm not sure why these Munster remakes use burgundy, I suspect that the producers here are reusing the 1992 costumes. He wears dark knee socks with his suit. I'm not sure about the color of the knee socks, but they looked black when I sa the film. Actually they seem a bit unusual. They were dark grey with black turn-over-top cuffs and vertical ribs. The knee socks varied quite a bit, but all of the Eddie outfits included short pants and knee pants. Except for his pajamas, this is his only costume Eddie wears in the film. This follows the costuming of the original Munster TV show, although it was shot in black and white and Eddie did not wear a burgandy-colored suit.
