He wears a peaked cap, single breasted jacket and short pants. Along with the suit hewears a white shirt, cross-tie, and white knee socks. The girl with him, perhaps his sister wears a matching suit with a pleated skirt rather than pants. The photograph was dated November 21, 1960.
