Scandinavian Boy: Norwegian Camping (1952)

Figure 1.-- We note the family the following year camping in Norway. They seem to have stayed in rustic cabins and gone for hikes in the coubtryside. There were also picnics and camp fires. The boy wears a beret, a kind of track suit, and sandals in a camp fire scene with his parents.

We note the family the following year camping in Norway. This suggests that they were actually from Norway. I can't see Europeans from other countries travelibg to Norway to go camping. We don't know a great deal about the camping. They seem to have stayed in rustic cabins and gone for hikes in the coubtryside. There were also picnics and camp fires. The boy wears a beret, a kind of track suit, and sandals in a camp fire scene with his parents. Notice the thivk forest in the bckground. There apparently was a nearby lake where they went swimming. Given Norway's lattitude, we suspect that the water was a liitle on the cold side.
