Could that be the Swedish form of Bike Derby. The event pictired here looks like one for younger children who have just had their traing wheels removed.

Here we have a scene from Sweden. We don't know what city. It looks like a bicycle race being staged for younger children. We know nothing about the race. We notice "BC" on the helnets. Could that be the Swedish form of Bike Derby. The event pictired here looks like one for younger children who have just had their traing wheels removed. The children in the race wear casual clothes, both short and long pants. It seems quite a large event. The spectators are dressed more formally.
