Hanna Andersson is an important Danish clothing manufacturer. We do not have much information on the company at this time. They appear to concentrate on hosiery.
We note a range seasonal styles in the Hanna Andersson Winter 2004 catalog. We note a black, white and red snowflake design. The ad copy describes these tights as for the entire family". These tights were probably, however, mostly worn by girls. We notice boys wearing tights in Germany. It seems likely that the same may be the case for Denmark. We suspect, however, that these seasonal designs are most likely to be worn by girls. The ad copy reads, "Danish tights. Our dedicated Danish tightmakers bring you outstanding quality tights, crafted to ols-world stocking standrds (no shapeless tubes) with real, shaped to fit toes and hees in a reinforced, lump free knit. No wonder parents tellus time after time that 'Hanna tights last ling enough to hand down!" The manufacturer appears to be Öko-Tex.
