French Fashion Publications and Children's Fashions: Mon ouvrage

Figure 1.--We note this issue of Mon ouvrage during May 1949 with Easter fashions. The boy is pictured in a romper suit. We know nothing about the magazine, except that it was an illustrated fashion magazine.

A French raeder mentioned Mon ouvrage to HBC. We know very little about the magazine. We know it was published after World War II, but are not sure when in began and ceased publishing. We note issues from the 1940s and eraly 50s. One reader tells us that it was an extremely popular magazine during the posy-War era. The magazine was extensively illustrated carried many sewing patterns, including patterns for children.
