We have found no information on any umbrella association during the Mandatory era that coordinated Muslim, Jewish, and Christian Scouts. We only knowof one Jamboree so far. We note a Jamboree held in 1926 at Bir Salim, near Ramleh (figure 1). It was called an all Palistnian Jamboree. We do not know, however, just what that means. At the time alistine and Palistunian had a different meaning than the meaning which developed after the rab-Isdraeli Independence War (1948-49). We do not know if there was participation by the three different faith groups. It may have included both Christian and Muslim troops. We are not sure about Jewish troops. We are still researching this. Hopefully readers will have some information to hide.
