This is a recent photograph, probably taken in 2003. The boys wear light-blue shirts with badges, blue and white kerchiefs, and jeans. The jeans appear to be a uniform item adopted by the entire toop. We had no idea when the Scouts are from. It appears to be a tropical country. A reader has noted that they are Brazilian. We had not noticed before, but now see that there is a small Brazilian flag on the baddge above the right pocket. So these boys are definitetly Brazilian Scouts.
